The first installment of the annual Slow Burn pop-up group art exhibition series — featuring a collection of individual and collaborative work that explored the relationship between text and image.

PRESS RELEASE
This exhibition featured twenty-eight up and coming artists, who each examined how text and image so easily lend themselves to one another, yet challenged and contemplated how the two mediums can also stand alone or against each other. This body of work included video installations, digital prints, illustrations, poetry, and paintings.
