Vivian Zhang is a NYC-based artist and designer. Born in China in 1991, she spent her formative years in Shanghai before emigrating to Northern California. She has been living in Brooklyn since 2013, where she freelances as an art director and graphic designer. As a creative whose day-to-day output is largely digital, Vivian uses painting to get closer to the real world. In both her professional and personal work, she is continuously drawn to the theme of connection; the invisible ties that bind us.
