YEN YEN CHOU

ARTIST STATEMENT:

Mushrooms are fascinating to me as they belong to the huge kingdom Fungi with great environmental importance and unique ways of living. Not only do they help other plants grow, but they also function as nature's recyclers. In this work, I was thinking about the importance of helping and caring for each other, as well as the strength and resilience we need when facing the ups and downs in our lives.
